TTC and right sided 'ovary' (?) pain 11dpo - pregnant? - right side ovary pain

We are inclusive, i ve BD last week and all day on the right side. I am now 11dpo and have the right cpnstant severe pain in the side that is in my opinion, the pain of the ovary. Your type of raidiating through my lower back a little and it's really unpleasant. I never usually even before the expiry of a period - usually a sign of AF! Ive done a first test and its negative but not in 4 days anyway.
Anyone else seen this before, and pregnant?
