What camcorder/ video recorder should I get? - small camcorder cases well built camera/camcorder bag

I want a camcorder that can afford the time for fun between me and my friends understand with good graphics. It is not overly expensive ($ max) 300, but it can be as small or super cheap or anything, and should be a good Quiality, trademark, funny moments and good things can enter. This is his last time for me. You need a good digital zoom and a case. It may be too complicated, and I want to be able to easily and show videos in my computer to record / TV with ease.
