How do I create a word frequency chart/table in WORD? - example of word chart

I have a graph of the frequency of words in MS Word to create in 2007. In other words, how many times can I use each word in the document without having to manually select each word. For example, I would like to be able to see something like this:

I-1 hours
Need-2 times
A-3 times
The "4 times

etc. ... It should look good, tell me how often the use of words. The paper is 5000 words long manually marking each word as an index entry, or a simple "on" search to see how often a word is used in the document is not reasonable. Is it possible to do this? I know this is a standard feature, so I think I have to be creative.
